Locology is a loc care studio located in Suffolk, Virginia, providing professional loc services including loc installation, maintenance, repair and reconstruction, loc extensions, detox and care, styling, consultations, and specialty services.
Our website provides information about our services, portfolio, business, and available products. Appointments are scheduled through our third-party booking platform, GlossGenius.
2. Appointments & Booking
Appointments are scheduled through Locology's designated booking platform.
When you select Book Now, you may be redirected to GlossGenius to select a service, date, and appointment time.
Booking availability, appointment requirements, deposits, cancellations, service durations, and other booking terms may be displayed through GlossGenius and may vary by service.
A $40 deposit is generally required for new clients, while certain services may require a different deposit amount. Specific deposit requirements are displayed during the booking process.
For certain specialty services, including Active Duty / First Responder services, pricing may vary and additional identification or direct contact may be required.
3. Service Information & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that service descriptions and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.
However, prices, availability, service details, and offerings may change without notice.
Where a service is listed with a “+” or “Price Varies,” the final price may depend on factors such as hair length, density, condition, service requirements, or the amount of work involved.
The pricing and service information displayed through GlossGenius may be the most current source for booking purposes.

Certain services may require a consultation before an appointment can be completed. Consultations allow Locology to evaluate your hair, discuss your desired look, and determine the appropriate service.
A consultation does not guarantee that a particular service will be recommended or performed.
5. Hair & Service Results
Hair and loc services are individualized. Results may vary depending on hair type, density, length, condition, previous treatments, maintenance routine, and other individual factors.
Locology will provide professional recommendations based on the condition of your hair and the requested service, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for communicating relevant hair history, previous chemical treatments, allergies, sensitivities, or other information that may affect the service.
6. Website Content
All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, written content, branding, designs, and other materials, belongs to Locology LLC or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use Locology's content without prior written permission.
7. Client Photos & Portfolio
Locology may display photographs of completed hairstyles and loc services in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
Client photographs will only be used for promotional purposes where Locology has obtained the appropriate permission or
